Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a bit of a dingy feel and a noticeable odor in the rooms, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great for dining options and activities, and the amenities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were visually appealing and well-equipped, but unfortunately, there was a really loud party until late, leading to very little sleep during the wedding weekend. The location was great for work and highways, offering a practical stay next to Los Gatos town. The dining experience varied from just okay to very good, depending on the dish. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with stunning views of the Santa Cruz mountains and easy access to Los Gatos town. The room was visually appealing and well-equipped, but the constant noise from the air con unit outside sounded like I was in a plane, which was quite a downside. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious offerings like sausage stuffed ravioli and mimosas. Overall, a great stay with minor room noise inconvenience.
I was really looking forward to a relaxing nap and a quick shower after a long flight since I was jet-lagged; however, the room didn't work well and was extremely loud. On the plus side, the room I initially booked was spacious and well-appointed, and I even received a delightful upgrade to a Deluxe King room upon check-in from a Deluxe Queen room.
